Nature's Medicine

Why I do this

My path into this work began with my own struggles with anxiety and insomnia. At the time, the only solutions offered to me were pharmaceutical, I knew I needed a different approach — one that left me feeling empowered; so that I was a part of my healing, yet also supported in a way that left me feeling connected rather than dependent. Through hypnotherapy & meditation, I began to heal. I found my way to herbs and flower essences, if you're using chamomile tea and rescue remedy already (hi! - both are great).

I'd been teaching for over 20 years, 5 years in a secondary school as emotional support lead for SEN intervention, I realised I wanted to focus on this vitally important therapeutic work for others too- natural, energetic & clinical tools for healing, empowerment and wellness. I believe science & energetic healing can be woven together beautifully - different paths up the same mountain!

So I began retraining; I am a certified hypnotherapist, psychotherapist, advanced flower essence practitioner, community herbalist and budding clinical herbalist (2.5 years more study for this one!) So my journey was personal, and professional, a little circuitous, but I am a believer in 'when you're ready the teacher appears' and I have loved and am loving this journey, there's nothing quite like it - it amazes me all the time, people amaze me and nature amazes me - after all we're not really separate are we?

These experiences shaped my philosophy: that we all hold within us the innate wisdom and capacity to create change. My work is about helping people reconnect with that inner knowing & nature — using gentle, accessible tools, that are based in science and energetics, that empower self-trust and foster healing from the inside out.

I believe in making wellness affordable and approachable. The products and practices I create are designed for people to use independently, inviting them to rediscover their own rhythm, resilience, and the powerful support that nature offers.

I weave together the synergistic benefits of different healing modalities — from the deep exploration of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, to the subtle vibrational medicine of flower essences, and the nourishing wisdom of herbs. Each one complements the other, creating a holistic approach that honours the mind, body, and spirit, true holistic wellbeing

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: we all have the ability to shape a life that feels softer, more connected, and aligned with who we truly are — and nature is one of our greatest allies in remembering how.
