Thank you for your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific return and refund conditions outlined below.
Botanical Essences
For hygiene and safety reasons, botanical essences cannot be returned or refunded once opened. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Unopened botanical essences may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Digital Audio Products
All hypnotherapy audios and other digital downloads are non-refundable. Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these products, refunds or cancellations cannot be provided once the purchase is completed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your physical product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly. We may offer a replacement, refund, or alternative solution depending on the circumstances.
